If you are a looking for a piece from one of our designers (or you don't see your size), contact us. We can special order the item and will do our best to get it for you at no extra charge.

Returns

Returns are easy at Carina New York. We provide free shipping on all returns.

Carina New York accepts returned items and provides full refunds within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be unused and in new condition. Once we process your return, you will receive a credit notice by email.

We will enclose a return UPS shipping label in your shipment; just pack up your item, attach the return label to the box, and drop off at your nearest UPS location.

Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Final sales items are non-refundable.

Shipping

We provide free UPS Ground shipping on all items. Orders will be processed and shipped out within two business days after an order is received.

If you would like for us to ship using UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Next Day, please e-mail us. (Note: UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes).
